This product is entirely handmade with love. We braid our collars using high quality USA made 550 parachute cord (also known as survival cord or paracord). This cord simply cannot be beaten for its strength and durability. With the breaking strain of 550 pounds (approx 250kg), no wonder it is used in parachuting and rock climbing! Made of 100% nylon inner strands, it is coated with a high quality polyester case which is water and UV resistant. This collar can be washed unlimited number of times and it will stay as new for ages!
Our paracord dog collars are finished with high quality super strong heavy duty metal hardware and plastic buckle (YKK brand, USA) to ensure maximum security and comfort.
This paracord collar is hand braided using the technique called "fishtail". It is 1.9cm (3/4 inch) wide and will suit small to medium dog breeds.
